About Dr Scarlett

Dr Scarlett Mattoli is a clinical psychologist with a background in neuropsychology and assessments. Dr Scarlett specialises in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of neurodevelopmental, addictions, and family presentations along with depression, anxiety, stress, and anger issues. She reviews each patients case thoroughly and works collaboratively towards each individual’s desired results utilising the most effective and well-researched tools and therapeutic modalities. Dr Scarlett has extensive training in and experience working through the therapeutic approaches of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Inrerviewing (MI), Play and Sandtray Therapies, as well as the use of mindfulness, positive guidance, and positive psychology techniques.

Dr Scarlett also delivers regular trainings, workshops, seminars, public speaking, radio, and written communiques to a range of organisations throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Her research interests and soon-to-be published works revolve around internet use, family systems, and support strategies for neurodevelopmental differences.
